Muckraker.com’s Anthony Rubin has released shocking footage alleging that a government contractor with ties to the CIA, FBI, DHS, and NSA was caught trafficking children through Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
The incident, raising serious questions about oversight and accountability, occurred at 5 a.m., when Rubin confronted a masked woman escorting a young child with a hood and face covering. The woman reportedly claimed she was “on vacation,” a statement met with widespread skepticism given the circumstances.
Rubin’s video begins with this confrontation and transitions to a facility where children were being loaded into a van. When Rubin questioned a worker, asking if the organization was MVM—a known government contractor—the worker denied it. However, Rubin asserted that his footage showed many of the children being transported “don’t know the sponsors that they are going to,” leading him to ask, “What’s going on here?”

MVM, a government contractor, has a long history of controversy. From 2014 to 2018, the organization received at least $248 million in federal contracts to transport immigrant children. Rubin’s investigation included footage outside MVM’s headquarters, capturing a van filled with children being transported to the airport. Alarming details emerged as the van left bags in the roadway and continued to the airport. Rubin observed children being escorted through TSA security without presenting identification, raising further concerns.
At the airport, Rubin questioned two U.S. Border Patrol agents about why identification wasn’t required. Though the agents declined to speak on camera, Rubin used a hidden camera to capture a candid conversation. When asked if many children crossing the border are trafficked, one agent admitted, “Some are. I’m not gonna lie. Some are.” He further revealed that children often arrive with “totally fake names” and are given “brand new identities,” rendering them nearly untraceable.
The agent’s admissions became more startling as he compared real-life trafficking to the film Sound of Freedom, which portrays efforts to combat child sex trafficking. “Exactly like that sht happens,” the agent stated. He described cases where children arrive with notes bearing addresses that lead directly to traffickers. The agent expressed frustration, saying, “There’s a lot of sht that we can’t tell you,” blaming political and administrative restrictions for the lack of transparency.
“Why don’t they want you talking on camera?” Rubin asked.
“Politics,” the agent replied, explaining that such revelations could “make the administration look bad.” He expressed gratitude for Rubin’s efforts, adding, “I really wish there were more people like you exposing this sh*t. Because it sucks. It truly is a horrible thing.”

Rubin’s findings coincide with past allegations against MVM. In 2018, an investigative report by Reveal News exposed MVM’s operation of at least two unlicensed facilities in Phoenix to house immigrant children. These facilities lacked private bathrooms, forcing children to use sinks for bathing. Despite its background as a defense contractor providing guards for CIA facilities in Iraq, MVM reportedly lacked childcare licenses.
Arizona’s governor ordered a review of MVM’s operations following the 2018 revelations. At the time, records showed the Virginia-based contractor had secured contracts worth up to $248 million since 2014. Founded by three former Secret Service agents, MVM’s leadership includes individuals with ties to the CIA and the U.S. Marshals Service. However, the organization’s lack of licensing for childcare services has drawn significant scrutiny.
The implications of Rubin’s investigation are profound. The apparent ease with which children are transported under questionable circumstances highlights systemic failures in oversight. Rubin’s confrontation at the airport underscores the urgent need for transparency and accountability, particularly when taxpayer funds are involved in contracts with organizations like MVM.
Public outrage is building as Rubin’s footage circulates online, drawing parallels to previous accusations against intelligence agencies. Critics recall conspiracy theories accusing the CIA of involvement in human trafficking, now gaining renewed attention in light of these allegations. While the direct connection to MVM remains unconfirmed, Rubin’s investigation brings the broader issue of child trafficking into sharp focus.
As the story develops, attention is shifting toward ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children. Advocates are calling for stricter regulations and greater transparency in handling migrant children. The revelations serve as a stark reminder of hidden crises that demand urgent public attention and governmental action.
