I would like to know how it saves billions of dollars for the VA to stop gender changing operations? You can not use the salaries of the doctors and nurses doing the operation because they are not paid on a case-by-case basis; they are on salary, so they are paid sitting in the break room drinking coffee. I am not in favor of these operations. I just like true reporting, not government-inflated numbers they use to suit their purpose.
