Desperate Dems. AOC files articles of impeachment against SCOTUS Justices
On Wednesday, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) introduced articles of impeachment against Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, escalating the left-wing’s war on the Court.
The neophyte Communist AOC vowed to impeach the two justices after they sided with the majority in Trump v. United States, which gave presidents immunity for official acts.
The impeachment articles focus on recent efforts to discredit the conservative-dominated Supreme Court by emphasizing alleged gifts and reimbursements that both justices have received over the years from conservative billionaires. The articles also cite Justice Thomas’ refusal to recuse himself from cases related to President Trump and the 2020 election despite his wife’s participation with the Trump Team following the 2020 election.
The New York Democrat insisted that Thomas’ and Alito’s conduct “warrants impeachment, trial, removal from office, and disqualification from holding future office in the United States of America.”
