Judge Aileen Cannon approved Trump’s request for a hearing to determine whether Jack Smith’s prosecutors violated Trump’s attorney-client privilege.
Jack Smith utilized a DC grand jury, overseen by Judge Beryl Howell, in the case involving classified documents before bringing charges in Florida.
Judge Howell consistently ruled against Trump and even compelled Trump’s lawyer, Evan Corcoran, to testify before the grand jury.
Furthermore, Judge Howell invalidated Trump’s attorney-client privilege by turning his lawyer, Eric Corcoran, into a witness in her ruling.

Jack Smith had utilized a grand jury in DC to look into Trump’s case involving classified documents.
Suddenly, a grand jury in Florida emerged and brought charges against Trump.
Last June, Jack Smith filed 37 federal charges against Trump in Miami.
These included 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information and 6 additional process crimes related to his discussions with his lawyer.
Judge Cannon approved a hearing to determine whether Jack Smith had unlawfully accessed Trump’s privileged conversations with his lawyer.
