On Friday as Joe Biden was quoting former President Donald Trump regarding NATO allies and Russia, his brain froze up, again.

During his speech, Biden went silent for around 10 seconds, appearing confused, struggling to articulate his thoughts.

“All of us should reject the dangerous statements made by [Trump] that invited Russia to invade our NATO allies if they weren’t paying up,” Biden stated before pausing.

Biden can be seen struggling to complete his sentence, stumbling over his words, and ultimately acknowledging his own mental lapse with a self-deprecating remark.
